Please, read this manual because, like your business, ProStock Agency has many sections to it. You will be surprised and delighted to see all of the things ProStock can do to automate your business - and you won’t know half of them without reading the manual!

This manual has a comprehensive Tutorial, which is marked by easily identifiable yellow boxes. A Tutorial Overview is displayed at the beginning of each section. Click on the first step of the overview section to go directly to the first yellow box. Click on the Tutorial Step inside the box, and the instructions will display. Each box has a "Go to the next step" and "Go to the previous step" link. Have your employees go through the Tutorial - even the parts of the program they don’t normally use. That way, everyone will have a thorough understanding of the way in which the different sections integrate into the whole program. If the people in your agency are comfortable with, and know the program, your business will run at its most efficient.

The Tutorial Section will take you fully through a typical agency cycle:

• Add and retrieve information from Clients, Photographers, Staff members and Vendors.

• Receive Image submissions from your Photographers

• Log the material in - Image number, caption, keywords, etc.

• Prepare a submission to your Client - log the Images out

• Prepare an Invoice for licensed Images

• Return the Images that weren’t used

• Post the payment for that Invoice - automatically preparing Photographer and Salesperson Commissions

• Pay the Commissions to the Photographers and Salespeople
